How do I get my download?
As soon as you've paid, a download button appears on screen. We also email you a link. If you can't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or email us with your order email address and we'll resend it.
Which apps can I use?
The colouring packs include high-resolution PNG files that open in Procreate and most other drawing apps, plus a printable PDF. Our journals and planners are hyperlinked PDFs that work in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf and similar apps.
How do I import a colouring page into Procreate?
Save the files to your iPad's Files app. In Procreate, tap Import and choose a page, or drag it in from Files. We suggest putting the line art on its own layer set to Multiply or Reference and colouring on a new layer underneath.
Can I print the pages more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like for your own personal use, or for your household.
Can I share or sell the files?
Please don't. Our files are for personal use only. You're welcome to share photos of your finished colouring on social media, and we'd love it if you tagged us. See our licence for details.
Will I get a physical product?
Not from this shop. Everything here is a digital download and nothing is posted. If you'd like a printed book, our paperbacks are sold on Amazon.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files can't be returned, we can't normally refund once you've downloaded them. If a file is faulty or won't open, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Read more in our terms.
