What we collect and why

• Orders: when you buy, Payhip collects your name, email address and payment details so it can process your order and deliver your files. We receive your name, email and order details. Card details are handled by the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) and we never see them. Lawful basis: contract.
• Emails you send us: we use them to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails: only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. Lawful basis: consent.

Cookies

This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Payhip's checkout may use cookies that are strictly necessary for payment to work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Who we share data with

Payhip (checkout and delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and IONOS (website hosting and email). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years to meet UK tax requirements, and emails for as long as we need them to help you.
